These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PraxShare pre-launch website located at www.praxshare.com (the “Site”), operated by PraxShare, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“PraxShare,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Site or submitting your information through the interest registration form, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. About This Site
This Site is a pre-launch informational page. It allows interested individuals to voluntarily submit their contact information to receive future communications about PraxShare’s platform and services. The PraxShare platform is not yet available. Submitting your information does not create an account, does not guarantee access to the Platform, and does not constitute a binding agreement for any services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use this Site. By submitting your information, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
3. Permitted Use
You may use this Site solely to learn about PraxShare and, if you choose, to submit your contact information for future communications. You agree not to:

If you submit your name, email address, or other information through the Site, you represent that the information is accurate and belongs to you. You are not required to submit any information to browse the Site.
By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive communications from PraxShare related to our platform launch, updates, and related services. You may opt out of these communications at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email we send you or by contacting us at support@praxshare.com.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of PraxShare or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any Site content without our prior written consent.

THIS SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. PRAXSHARE MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE TIMING, FEATURES, OR AVAILABILITY OF ITS FORTHCOMING PLATFORM. PRAXSHARE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY, DELAY, OR DISCONTINUE THE PLANNED PLATFORM AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRAXSHARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SITE. PRAXSHARE’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply solely to this pre-launch informational site and interest registration process. They do not govern access to or use of the PraxShare platform, which will be subject to a separate Platform Services Agreement, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy at the time of launch.
